The ADS is pleased to announce that we are lucky enough to be one of the first to have copies of Neil Saunders new book 'Tomiki Aikido'.

'Tomiki Aikido' is aimed at the higher grade aikidoka as its chapters include  techniques that are not in the standard tomiki syllabus.
Chapter 1 Tomiki Aikido
  A general overview of Tomiki Aikido.
Chapter 2 Basic Techniques
  A good description of Tomiki Aikido techniques a worth while read even for beginners.
Chapter 3 Basic 15
  The basic 15 is the precursors to the current 17 Randori-No-Kata.
Chapter 4 Tanto-Randori-No-Kata
  Defence against Knife using the 17 Randori-No-Kata techniques.
Chapter 5 Gosin-Ho
  The Gohin-Ho 57 techniques are generally used for grading from 4th to 7th dan in some Tomiki Associations
